This week, we spoke to Ynah from the Philippines about her experience as a Samsung Expert. Let’s hear what she had to say.

I am from the Philippines, and I have two children who I love spending time with. In my spare time, I like to watch movies on Netflix, cook a nice meal, and sing!

I answer queries for Samsung. Helping people is my passion, so answering questions for Samsung has been really fulfilling. We all want to make a difference in the world, no matter how small. When I answer queries and help customers, I feel that I am making that difference. It gives me a sense of purpose and more meaning to my life.

Being an Expert allows me to combine my passions and my personal interests with my career. I feel like I’m spending my time working on helping people with something important, and that motivates me to do great work.

My biggest passion is learning about software and technology. Ever since a young age, I have been fascinated with gadgets and computers, which led me to obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Since graduating, I have continued in this direction, which has worked well for me.

My children are a big part of my life, so I always spend my earnings on them. As a single mother, these earnings really help to support my home and family life.
