Who We Are

This website is run by Limitless — a trading name of Limitless Technology Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We're the "controller" of the personal data collected through this site, which means we're responsible for looking after it. We're registered with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and we've appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee how we handle your information.

What We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. Through this site we collect:

  • what you send us via the contact form — your name, email address, company name, the type of service you're interested in, and your message;
  • basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and how you move around the site, gathered through cookies (the analytics ones only run with your consent).

We don't collect any special category data (such as health, ethnicity or beliefs), and the site isn't intended for anyone under 18.

How We Use It

We only use your data where the law allows. In practice that means:

  • to reply to your enquiry and follow up about the services you asked about — relying on our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch;
  • to understand how the site is used and improve it — based on your consent to analytics cookies; and
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations — where the law requires it.

We won't use your contact details for marketing unless you've asked us to.

Cookies And Analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. The essential ones keep it working; the analytics cookies (we use Google Analytics) only run once you've accepted them in our cookie banner, and they help us see how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time, and the full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. We do rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions — our website hosting and email providers, and Google for analytics. We may also share data with our professional advisers (such as lawyers or auditors), with authorities where the law requires it, and with a buyer if our business is ever sold or reorganised.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on secure servers in the UK and the EU. A few of our providers are based elsewhere, so occasionally your data may be transferred outside the UK and EU. When that happens we make sure it stays protected — either the destination is formally recognised as offering adequate protection, or we put the appropriate contractual controls in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). Just ask if you'd like more detail.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your data only for as long as we need it. If you contact us with an enquiry, we'll normally keep your details for around 12 months, unless we need to hold them longer to meet a legal or accounting requirement — after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct anything that's wrong;
  • ask us to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it;
  • ask us to transfer it to you or another provider; and
  • withdraw your consent at any time — for example, to analytics cookies.

To exercise any of these, just email infosec@limitlesstech.com. It's free, and we'll respond within one month. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

The Limitless Platform

This policy covers our marketing website only. If you're one of our freelance agents, how the Limitless platform handles your personal data is set out in a separate Platform Privacy Policy — Sign in to view it.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top, so it's worth checking back now and then.
