Welcome Mike Havard: 5 minutes with our new chairman
Today we welcome our new chairman Mike Havard to the Limitless board. A well-known customer management, channel and technology industry leader, we’re delighted to have Mike on board to help advance our next stage of expansion.
Mike brings 30+ years of experience leading and growing businesses in the CX industry. He has held leadership roles with organizations like BT, Sitel, CM Insight and Verint. Most recently, he was a founding director of Ember, a professional services group focused on service strategies and performance transformation for champion brands globally. Ember was acquired by Davies Group in 2018. He has also held various non-executive director, investor and advisory roles in a range of innovative technology organizations, including anti-fraud technologies and e-learning.

It’s an exciting time to be joining the board. What are you most excited about?
We’ve entered a true age of innovation when it comes to CX. In the past, there was a lot of lip service paid to CX and operational issues.
Today, CX is becoming a differentiator and an effective way to drive brand engagement and customer advocacy. It’s a promising new way of thinking, and with it we’re seeing new ways of solving old problems.
That’s what I love about Limitless: it’s a new model and a new solution to an age-old problem. People want to talk to people with hands-on experience of the products and services they love. Limitless provides that, and companies absolutely need the flexibility that GigCX offers.
What’s so unique about GigCX?
GigCX isn't just an operational or technological solution: it’s an opportunity to tap into advocacy in a new way.
It brings other parts of the business into the decision-making process so they all see the benefit. GigCX cuts across silos in businesses as well and has, therefore, a much greater leverage and much greater value than many other CX models.
Watching gig evolve customer service has been a transformative event for the entire industry. It’s time for CX leaders to lean into GigCX.
What’s next for Limitless?
We’re incredibly excited to see accelerated growth while we continue to attract more global blue-chip clients.
We have a tremendously exciting story to tell surrounding the incredible rise of GigCX — the scope for the model, the expanding platform capabilities to manage the GigCX Crowd, and the new customers starting with GigCX and expanding its use every day.
We have leveraged the $10 million Series B funding we raised in 2021 when we added Genesys as an investor and technology partner. It's been tremendous so far, and there are still so many opportunities to come.
