Purpose of the role:

The initial purpose of the role will be to put in place the end to end candidate’s recruitment, onboarding, and probation experience at Limitless. You will help the company find and onboard candidates to reduce the need for agency spend, reduce time to hire, provide continuity and consistency in hiring processes such as interviews, co-ordination, and onboarding. Create consistent job ads, job descriptions, template emails for consistency when communicating with candidates and new employees, coordinate new starter inductions, organise probation check-ins, and shape the entire hiring process to focus around candidate experience, best practice.

Ongoing: The role will provide HR support for the Line Managers. You will help to create HR processes and assist in discussions such as disciplinary, redundancy, termination, and performance improvement. You will kick off succession planning process internally, focusing around internal talent and retention of the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining trust and credibility within the company and across continents to build influential and collaborative relationships between managers and employees
  • Own the end to end recruitment process focussing around candidate experience while ensuring Limitless benefits from best-practice talent acquisition practices
  • Create all job advertising, Employer of choice promotion, social networking in relation to advertising Limitless as the Employer of choice in GigCX, Tech, CX both in the UK and US
  • Own all candidate contact and follow up including feedback
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, booking interviews, logistics, new starter tickets, induction preparation, and equipment issuing
  • Own the employee journey during probation, being the point of contact for questions, consistent check-ins, and organising the end of probation processes such as the relevant forms and hand over to Line Manager
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure hiring strategies are in line with company budgets and amending as appropriate
  • Owning all HR Policies and supporting in wider business policies, amending in line with updated legislation
  • Review and build programs and company’s goals and increase employee performance and engagement (e.g surveys, reward and recognition initiatives, internal and external events)
  • Championing the Company values and the behaviours we hope to see across the organisation

What you will do:

  • Advertise company to prospective candidates
  • Advertise jobs for Limitless
  • Headhunt ideal candidates
  • Build a talent pool across multiple disciplines
  • Carry out telephone screening
  • Conduct and lead interviews
  • Ensure that interview processes are as efficient and worthwhile as possible
  • Negotiate offers with preferred candidates
  • Ensure that all onboarding and new starter paperwork is complete in detail with plenty of time before the new starter begins
  • Arrange induction meetings with multiple departments
  • Liaise with new employees during their probation period and be there as a resource for support
  • Utilise Linkedin and the use of the Linkedin Recruiter license
  • Carry out HR management and administrative duties when needed
  • Always provide excellent customer service, internally and externally

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Exposure to recruitment processes across multiple disciplines
  • Candidate focus in a competitive market
  • Experienced Linkedin Recruiter knowledge
  • Experienced interviewer in a range of styles
  • Able to give detailed and constructive feedback to a range of audiences
  • Experience in the practical application of UK employment law
  • Experience in HR management
  • Able to logistically plan and coordinate across multiple timezones

Desirable Skills

  • A CIPD or equivalent Qualification
  • Experience of working for a global company
  • Experience/knowledge of US Employment law
